Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting (FPFF)

Basic firefighting training equips seafarers to react decisively to shipboard fires — preventing escalation and supporting the on-scene team using available equipment and tactics aligned with STCW.

Target audience

  • All seafarers prior to being assigned shipboard duties

  • Medical fitness certificate
