STCW A-V/2 training in crisis management and human behaviour for personnel with responsibilities for passenger safety on passenger ships, including ro-ro passenger vessels.
Target audience
- Masters, Chief Mates, Chief Engineers, Second Engineers, and any person with responsibility for passenger safety in emergencies
Prerequisites
- Basic Safety Training (STCW VI/1)
Organise shipboard emergency procedures
Optimise use of resources during crises
Control passenger response in emergencies
Communicate effectively with passengers under stress
